I was out after work collecting my cache of donated blue jeans
for the quilting that i do. And I walked into a church, and I felt the very strong presence of the Holy Spirit. The scripture came to my mind, "be still and know that I am God". and to Moses, "take off your shoes for you are on Holy ground". I use to attend charasmatic prayer meetings over 30 yrs ago which seem to have come and gone. And I felt that the move of the Holy Spirit is totally dried up and left the state of Vermont. And then there was that moment, that stillness, and in that moment I felt the presence of the Lord so strongly. I felt that time had just stopped and I was in that eternal moment and NOTHING mattered to me anymore. It was short lived for I had to go about my business. I share this with others, God is very real. He is that small voice in that stillness, that quietness. He is very near to us. |

Yes, Cinda, He is very near to us. That is why silence and listening to Him is so important.

Most of the time i dont see Gods hand in my life till i look back. When i think of how things have gone over the last year.. i am awed by what God has done. He has moved mountains to get me where i am.. i am very excited to see what He does next.
